Believe In Yourself
Believe in yourself. Why is that hard to do?
Look around at your surroundings and evaluate what is a good for you and what is bad for you. Any negativity that surrounds you you want to get rid of. You do not deserve it. You deserve only the best because you are the best. Despite what you hear from bullies, despite the negative feelings and emotions you may have inside yourself, despite any bad vibes you get from anyone else other than the bully (or bullies) who is bullying you, you want to be able to have a positive attitude inside yourself.
Yes, this is a difficult thing to do, but you have to be able to get through your struggles, your day, to get to the next. You have to feel good about yourself and carry yourself with your head held high despite the bullying that is happening to you. If you don’t, the more sad and depressed you appear, the more you will be bullied.
Bullies target their victims through the victim’s appearance, how they carry theirself, and through the victim’s surroundings. If you are an introvert, you know you can’t change that unless you have the desire to do so, but know the lack of people around you is a sign that a bully will target you and start bullying you.
Start to believe you are worthy, believe you are strong, believe you have the self-confidence and self-value from within, and you will be. Believe in yourself, even if it means you are standing alone. You will have the sense of strength and desire to keep going and be the best you can be, for who you are, for today, tomorrow, and for your future. Because you deserve it. You know you do.
